Guided Prayer – Week 4
PASSAGE: MATTHEW 26:45-46
Then he returned to the disciples and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour has come, and the Son of Man is delivered into the hands of sinners. Rise! Let us go! Here comes my betrayer!”
PRAYER
Father, we stand before You, humbled by the weight of this moment in Scripture. Jesus faced the cross with courage while His followers struggled to focus. Lord, awaken us today. Let us not be found sleeping when You call us to stand. Strengthen us to rise in faith and follow You, no matter where you lead.
Father, I pray over every person today. May we not be found sleeping when You call us to act. May we stand firm when trials come. And may we rise with boldness, following Jesus. Strengthen our faith. Fill us with courage. Keep us awake and ready for Your purposes.
In Jesus’ powerful and victorious name, Amen.
