Parent Workshop: Being a Tech Wise Family

Pastor Brad and Pastor DJ are hosting a Parenting Workshop called: “Being a Tech Wise Family”.

Technology is increasingly integrated into activities and life, yet there is an increasing amount of evidence that points to technology having implications that have not been fully considered in this rush for the latest and greatest. It is not that there is no good with technology but how do you put technology in its proper place.

This presentation will outline how we can make good choices about technology in our families using the book The Tech-Wise Family by Andy Crouch as our backdrop. We want to go further than just using internet filters and determining screen-time limits.

There will be times of teaching along with table conversations with other parents.

Parents of all ages + stages are invited.

Childcare will not be provided.
